Conditions of return: To justify an exchange: We must write to us and explain the "possible" concern before returning the article in order to find an agreement beforehand. Items must be returned within 7 days after receipt of the package. The delivery date being notified by post on the parcel (according to the article: L 121-6 of the code of consumption). After this period all parcels will be refused! Please return the item in its original packaging with a tracking number.

To justify a credit or a refund: The credit is granted only on the finished products of the shop (customized or customized orders can not benefit).

The exchange of an article: Is possible for a product of identical price according to its availability.

Any clothing or accessories worn soiled or damaged can not justify any exchange and no refund or assets.
